Horrible, horrible, horrible!
I have nothing but bad things to say about this VPS provider. The first few months of service with Cripperz were decent, some downtime, but nothing too bad. Support staff wasn't that great from day 1. Horrible at understanding what was wrong with my VPS. Sometimes they'd just close my tickets without even answering them!
Now, for the last 10 days or so, as some of you probably know, one of their nodes has been inaccessible outside of their control panel for "abuse" by some of its users. I haven't been able to access my VPS via SSH or the web except through the serial console in their control panel. So basically, it can't do anything. Can't ping it, can't access it, and their support staff (the owner?) isn't answering any of my tickets, so what's the point? I'm ready to just grab an image of my VPS as soon it becomes accessible again and move away.
Sorry for my rant, but it just had to be said...
