Dedicube Dedicated Servers (1 Month)

When Dedicube posted their offer on an E3 server in buffalo for $49, I decided to take a chance as I am known to do.

My server was provisioned within 48 Hours and I had to do the OS install as the data center that they are using refused to install Proxmox on my behalf, which was fine because I've set up Promox over IPMI / KVM more times than I can count.

I kept running into an issue which I later discovered thanks to @Serverian was attributed to my lack of knowledge surrounding Proxmox and NIC drivers. So I requested a refund and within minutes was granted the refund.

When @Serverian pointed out a couple of solutions to the problem, I quickly opened a ticket and requested to attempt to repair the install issue. @Steven_F quickly responded back informing me the server was still online and that I was welcome to give it a try. After attempting the first fix which was to install debian wheezy first and then proxmox, I failed an asked if I could be changed to a different config, @Steven_F not only made that happen, but also gave me the remainder of the month free of charge.

I have to say that Dedicube and @Steven_F have been absolutely phenomenal in terms of support and communication. So much so as I will also be moving my Chicago node over to his company as well.

These guys are doing it right.
