I've been using crissic for a year without any problems , vps is pretty good, my last vps uptime is 213 days. Unfortunately the support is very disappointing this time.
i missed one invoice because on vacation (27 december) and not get access to any computer. at 1 january i paid the invoice Including late fees, but my vps not activated, the status is "terminated"
I opened a ticket and get a response like this: 1/6/2015 21:00 Because you paid the invoice 9 days when it was past due. -Ryan
then i asked for a refund:
1/7/2015 21:58 I can not activate it since it was terminated. Due to our Terms of Service (hxxps://crissic.net/tos), a refund will not be issued. -Ryan
I was not a problem if it is activated with fresh vps, but they wont, and just took my $18 Because I paid the invoice when it was past due. funny -.-
thanks for that, it's time to cancel the other vps and moving to vultr or DO.
- i already have 2 urpad, 2 iniz, 1 do, 1 vultr, 1 bluevm and never have any serious problems like this.
