Hi!

I thought that after about 3 weeks I would do a review on my LFCVPS hosted in Montreal, Quebec, Canada (at the highly regarded Netelligent data center.)

I bought this VPS back when they were offering some amazing coupons, so it is the LFC-256 Plan with doubled RAM & Bandwidth, giving me roughly the 512MB plan. I also have this same plan in their Denver, Colorado, USA location.

In this location, VPS are offered with 100mbit port speed (instead of gigabit in Denver), otherwise everything else is pretty similar. Automated backups, Automated RDNS, Native IPV6, E5 processors and incredible disk performance ;0

Here is the output of bench.sh that is somewhat popular for reviews: CPU model : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 0 @ 2.00GHz Number of cores : 4 CPU frequency : 1999.999 MHz Total amount of ram : 487 MB Total amount of swap : 511 MB Download speed from CacheFly: 11.3MB/s Download speed from Linode, Atlanta GA: 8.86MB/s Download speed from Linode, Dallas, TX: 8.04MB/s Download speed from Linode, Tokyo, JP: 5.24MB/s Download speed from Linode, London, UK: 6.43MB/s Download speed from LeaseWeb, Haarlem, NL: 8.13MB/s Download speed from Softlayer, Singapore: 3.29MB/s Download speed from Softlayer, Seattle, WA: 4.89MB/s Download speed from Softlayer, San Jose, CA: 2.36MB/s Download speed from Softlayer, Washington, DC: 11.1MB/s I/O speed : 339 MB/s

Currently running Oracle Linux w/ Oracle's custom kernel (Yes, LFCVPS supports pygrub for custom kernels, woot!) and am very happy with this VPS.

You can see their plans here: http://www.lfcvps.com , I don't think they offer any discounts at the moment other than a yearly 15% off (I could be wrong on this.)
