I received it in a few hours, and it worked great. I've only had to open two tickets with them (One for TUN/TAP and another one for loading IPTABLES module into my VPS).
Uptime has been 100% so far and the DDoS protection is very good.
The support is very good, the person that replies to tickets lives in India, since I live in the USA I make my tickets when it is night here and get replies within minutes.
I hope when they expand their company they hire some support staff from this side of the world so they have all their bases covered.
Disk Speeds and Network speeds are excellent on the VPS.

Over all, I am very happy with this VPS, I even bought a 2nd one.

I only use these VPS's for OpenVPN/PPTP.
I host all my websites with Ramnode.
